Vintage Elsa Peretti for Tiffany and Co Large Open Heart with Hand crafted Chain.

This gorgeous necklace from the Elsa Peretti Collection is expertly crafted in 18K yellow gold, marked with 750 and bearing the designer’s signature along with Tiffany & Co. branding. Originating from Spain, it weighs 24.1 grams and measures 16 inches in length, featuring a Peretti Signature open Heart that measures 1.5 by 1.25 inches. 

This is one of my favorite Peretti vintage pieces.  The hand made chain is no longer available at Tiffany's and in my opinion it is one of their nicest designs.  It brings this lareg heart to a new statement level.

These are hard to find in 18K.
