Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What is your return policy?
Returns
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If a piece is not right for you, please contact me within three days of delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be securely packaged, fully insured, and returned in the same condition in which they were received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued less the original shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Most orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You have the option to choose express delivery when you chech out.
What payment options do you accept?
Secure payment is available through the website.
If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, Zelle, or Venmo, please contact me directly to make arrangements.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Do you guarantee authenticity and gem description?
At All The Best Vintage, authenticity is paramount. Every piece is carefully selected and examined, and the authenticity of every item we sell is guaranteed. I take great pride in offering jewelry that meets my standards for quality, craftsmanship, and originality.
Please note that all gemstone and diamond carat weights are approximate unless otherwise stated. Measurements and weights may be estimated, particularly when stones are mounted, and slight variations are to be expected.
